Our story
In 2007, Floyd Chan kept seeing the same disaster play out across the ERP industry: projects staffed with junior resources, timelines slipping, budgets ballooning, and clients told to be patient.
So he stopped watching and built something different.
“Everyone in this industry sells the same software. The difference is who shows up to implement it. We decided it would always be our best people.”
The early years were built on project rescues — companies that had been burned by other partners and needed someone to walk in, assess the damage, and get things working. That rescue mentality became our DNA.
It taught us what actually goes wrong in ERP projects and, more importantly, how to prevent it from happening in the first place.
Known by his peers as “the NAV genius,” Floyd assembled a team that shared his obsession with getting it right. Today, Qixas is a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner serving over 2,000 organizations from Toronto, Boston, and Seattle.

2007
Floyd Chan starts Qixas after years of watching ERP projects fail for the same preventable reasons.
