Upgrades

The most important part of any technology upgrade is ensuring upfront that there are compelling, justifiable business reasons for the upgrade.

Upgrades do not have to be long and complicated, but they do have to be properly planned and executed to make sure that you will realize the benefits that you expect.

One of the biggest myths about upgrades is that any company who does implementations can also do upgrades.  This is just not true. Upgrades require a unique set of skills that only comes from experience.

Too many upgrades under deliver expected functionality, cost more than anticipated, or take longer to implement than planned.  The upgrade team is no place for junior or new employees, yet too many companies trust their upgrades to inexperienced resources.

At Qixas, our upgrade team is comprised of our most qualified and experienced resources.  We have spent years developing our upgrade best practices, and there is no team in North America who is more capable of ensuring that your upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics will be successful.
